SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

Free shipping on orders over R1000.00.

R50.00 shipping fee on orders under R1000.00.

Your order should arrive within 2-5 working days.

Once your parcel has been sent you will receive a tracking number to the email provided when ordering.

We send parcels from Monday to Friday during working hours (this excludes South African public holidays).

We cannot deliver to a PO Box and will require a physical address to fulfil the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – For USA, Europe & the U.K.

If the delivery address is in the USA, Europe or the UK a flat shipping rate of R400 will be charged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Rest of the World

If you would like to order from a country outside of the US, Europe and UK please email the details of your order and your delivery address to hello@goldbottom.co.za and we will provide a quotation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

For the USA, Europe and UK your order should arrive within 14 working days depending upon destination and customs. 

Once your parcel has been sent you will receive a tracking number to the email provided when ordering.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders shipped outside South Africa may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Gold Bottom Africa has no control over these charges, nor can it predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

RETURNS

At Gold Bottom Africa, we pride ourselves on quality. We thoroughly check all our products before shipping them to you. 

You may return our clothing products for ‘change of mind reason’ within 7 days of receiving your order for a credit note, exchange or a full refund. 

Items must be returned unused and in a perfect re-sellable condition, with all tags etc attached and no stains, marks or, stretching or signs of wear. 

When returning your merchandise, consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be liable for missing parcels and will not be able to process a refund without goods received to our office. 

The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping if you are returning your item(s). 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Only full priced items may be returned, sale items are final.  

Regrettably we cannot offer returns on international orders. This is due to the customs charges levied upon us to re-import the goods to South Africa. 

To arrange a return, please e-mail hello@goldbottom.co.za within 7 days of the receipt of the item(s) and we will respond as soon as possible. 

We unfortunately do not accept returns on any made-to-order ceramic products unless there is a manufacturer fault.
