Refund policy
At Gold Bottom Africa, we pride ourselves on quality. We thoroughly check all our products before shipping them to you.
Please note all our pieces are handmade, and may vary a little from our pictures.
You may return our clothing products for ‘change of mind reason’ within 7 days of receiving your order for a credit note, exchange or a full refund.
Buyer is liable for all shipping charges. We ship with The Courier Guy at a flat rate of R100.
The item(s) must have been sold on our online store. Gold Bottom merchandise purchased at independent stores must be returned to the store where it was purchased.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To arrange a return, please e-mail hello@goldbottom.co.za.
Item(s) must then be returned to us within 7 days of the return authorisation, and must be unused and in a perfect re-sellable condition, with all tags etc attached, no stains or marks (e.g. make-up, deodorant, body lotion) and no stretching or signs of wear.
Returns outside of this 14 day timeframe will not be accepted (7 days to request + 7 days to return = 14 days).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Regrettably we cannot offer returns on international orders. This is due to the customs charges levied upon us to re-import the goods to South Africa.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to process.
We do not offer alterations. Please consult your closest tailor.
